Registration Instructions
2011-2012
 
  • Note: If you wish to join two different types of classes per week, there will be a 50%
    discount on the second class of equal or lesser value.  If you wish to join the same
    type of class twice per week, there will be a $5 discount on the second class each
    month.

  • Complete the registration form (please print).

  • Mail or bring in your completed registration form & signed waiver, along with
    registration fee and payment for your first month.  (If you have more than one child
    enrolled in our program, you get a $5 discount on the second child each month.  Call
    for sibling discounts on the 3rd child & beyond).  We accept cash or check payable to
    W.G.C.  Class size is limited and your class spot cannot be reserved without full
    payment!

  • You will NOT receive confirmation of your class.  Simply attend your first choice class
    unless we notify you otherwise.  You must register at least 24 hrs before attending
    your first class.

  • MAKE-UP POLICY:
    Sept.-May:  If your child misses a class, he or she can make it up by attending any
    other comparable class  within one month of the missed class & during the same
    session (one make-up per month allowed).  Make-ups must be done in a month that
    has been paid for.  Make-ups cannot carry over into a new session (June make-ups
    must be done by the end of June & cannot be made up in July because it is a new
    session.  Summer make-ups need to be done by the end of August & cannot be
    made up in September because it is a new session.)  No make-ups allowed the 1st
    week of a new session (September & July).  Refer to the schedule of classes for
    make-up days & times.
    June-Aug.:  An unlimited # of make-ups is allowed in the summer or we will pro-rate
    the monthly fee if you will be missing due to vacation and if you let us know prior to
    payment for that month (pro-rating available to recreational class members only).
      
  • You may join classes at any time during the year.

  • Recreational class members do not have to commit to more than one month at a
    time.  If you decide to discontinue classes, we appreciate a written notice at least one
    week prior to your last class.
